Catering to the specific needs of international exhibitors, our tailor-made museum standard traveling crates are carefully crafted by Helu-Trans' own master carpenters – using the appropriate conservation-approved materials. We also provide soft packing on site for local transportation and storage.

Our comprehensive storage area includes both climate-controlled and non-airconditioned facilities equipped with a viewing area, 24-Hour security and controlled access system. We provide private rooms and custom shelving systems to accomodate paintings, sculptures / artefatcs and irregularly-shaped objects. With a state-of-the-art computerized tracking system, our clients can access their inventory at will, while all items are held in the strictest confidence. Photographic reports on the storage conditions and comprehensive all-risk insurance coverage – are examples of the optional services that we offer.

Transportation plans are based on the principles of maximum security and control. An air-suspension climate-contolled vehicle equipped with a hydraulic loading platform is used for local transit. Courier services and tarmac supervision are readily provided upon request.
